If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments will be charged if less than three days (excluding Sunday's and all Bank Holidays) notice of cancellation is given. This applies to all treatment sessions of up to and including 60 minutes in treatment time. For cancellation of treatment sessions of over 60 minutes other terms of cancellation apply see below.
To avoid incurring charges, If you need to cancel or make any changes to your electrolysis advanced procedures treatment, 72 hours(3 working days) notice prior to the treatment date is required. Otherwise full cancellation charges will be applied. This applies to all treatment sessions of up to 60 minutes in treatment time.
Cancellation of all treatments of more than 60 minutes of treatment time are subject to 10 day notice period. A 10 day(excluding Sunday's and all Bank Holidays) notice period is required to make any changes to the session time or cancel the treatment session.

Jasmine welcomes both men and women to her practice but is unable to treat children, anyone under the age of 18 years of age.
All electrolysis hair removal sessions cannot be exchanged for electrolysis advanced procedures treatments and once purchased are non refundable.
All electrolysis hair removal courses are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All electrolysis hair removal courses must be completed within 6 months from the date of the consultation/ first treatment in the course of treatments.
All electrolysis hair removal courses must be prepaid in full at time of booking to qualify for the full benefits and to qualify for any complementary sessions included.
All electrolysis hair removal sessions and all advanced electrolysis procedure treatments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking.
All advanced electrolysis Procedure Treatments once purchased are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred for electrolysis hair removal treatments.
All session times are as stated when booked and cannot be split into further treatment units or transferred.

Special arrangement for treatment times of more than 60 minutes in a session are available on application.
Rebooking and rescheduling of the cancelled session, can be undertaken on the next working day following the date of the intended session.
Treatment times and Prices:
*Treatment Times and Prices: A treatment time of up to 30 minutes does not equate to 30 minutes of electrolysis treatment; as every appointment includes time for questions, a mini consultation, analysis of the skin and all the after care protocols.This applies to all listed treatment durations: up to 15 minutes(advanced procedures only), up to 30 minutes, up to 45 minutes and up to 60 minutes.
